Sindh University Vice Chancellor suspended on corruption charges
Vice Chancellor of Sindh University Fatah Mohammad Burfat has been suspended, whereas the charge of Vice Chancellor assigned to Professor Dr. Mohammad Siddiqui Kulhoro.
According to details, Fatah Mohammad was suspended in an action against corruption at Sindh University. The proceedings against corruption were carried out by Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah. Universities and Boards departments and have issued the notification.
In accordance with Sindh Government report, Anti-Corruption were investigating Fatah Mohammad on different indications, illegal ownership of lands in the university, negative use of automobiles, fake bill payments, and other serious allegations.
After the amendments in laws of universities, Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah has firstly suspended a Vice Chancellor.
Reportedly, Until the last decision of the committee, Fatah Mohammad would be dismissed.
