Hafeez’s nomination for finance shows govt needs PPP, Says Shah
SUKKUR: Pakistan People’s Party leader Syed Khursheed Shah has said that nomination of Abdul Hafeez Shaikh for finance portfolio proves that government needs People’s Party.
Addressing to media, former leader of opposition, claimed that PTI was formed by gathering people from different parties. “The rulers themselves are unsafe in this government,” Shah claimed.
Commenting on Asad Umar’s stepping down of finance ministry Shah said Umar promised change in 90 days’ despite he knew extent of debt and other facts (of the economy). He didn’t have experience of running the economy, Shah said.
State of economy has worsened to level that conditions of International Monetary Fund (IMF) have been accepted, Khursheed Shah added.
PPP leader said they don’t have anything in their hand, Fawad Chaudhry even didn’t know about his future, he commented.
