‘After removal name in ECL’, Shehbaz free to go abroad
LAHORE: Punjab Home Department removed name of Opposition Leader in National Assembly (NA), Shehbaz Sharif from Exit Control List (ECL).
His name was removed on directive of Lahore High Court. President, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) can now travel to London.
NAB had arrested him on October 5, 2018, in connection with Ashiana-e-Iqbal Housing Scheme case.
Later, he was released from sub-jail on February 15, a day after Lahore High Court granted him bail in Ashiana-e-Iqbal and Ramzan Sugar Mills cases.
