Speaker National Assembly should resign from their post; Bilawal Bhuttto
ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto said that the future line of action over the arrest of Asif Ali Zardari will be decided in the Central Executive Council (CEC) meeting.
“I will hold another press conference after the party’s CEC meeting as I am being silenced in the assembly,” Bilawal said during a press conference in Islamabad.
He alleged that he was promised by the speaker for time to speak on the floor of the house, however again he had been barred to speak.
“I am being censored in the parliament despite speaker assurance,” he added that the deputy speaker conduct was inappropriate and he should resign from his slot due to his biased conduct.
“Speaker and deputy speaker do not remain neutral and they should resign from their posts, Bilawal demanded.
Bilawal said that the PTI government conduct with the opposition was more biased than Zia and Musharraf era.
“Despite grave allegations, we have the right of the fair trial,” he said
