PPP Accuses PM Khan Family Members Involved In Money Laundering
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) has labeled accusation on 18 family members of Prime Minister Imran Khan that they were involved in money laundering and demanded a joint investigation team for a probe over the matter.
PPP leaders Nayer Bukhari and Pulwasha Khan hold a joint press conference in the capital city of Islamabad.
At the occasion, Nayyer Bukhari said that the PPP with its strategy forced former military ruler Musharraf to leave from his post now existing ruler has a misunderstanding that they can grant NRO.
Pulwasha Khan said that the resigned governor state bank, Tariq Bajwa, pointed 18 members of Prime Minister Imran Khan family involved in money laundering and the government removed the governor SBP.
She demanded to form the JIT on the former governor state bank statement regarding involvement of the premier family in the money laundering.
The PPP woman leader said that after the kingdom of English rule there is the Kingdom of Niyazia ruling the country.
She said that the government is trying to create such a situation that external forces could intervene in its matter.
