Political leaders remember Kashmir on Eid-ul-Azha
ISLAMABAD: Prominent leaders felicitated Eid-ul-Azha to the masses and appealed them to celebrate this religious festival with simplicity in order to express solidarity with the people of occupied Kashmir.
‘Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan’
PM’s Special Assistant on Information, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan in her message said that more than one million Kashmiris have been martyred by Indian forces in seventy years, adding that pellet gun may deprive people of eyesight but cannot crush their liberation spirit.
‘Shah Mehmood Qureshi’
FM Qureshi, who offered Eid prayers in Muzaffarabad, said that the Kashmir issue is on the agenda of United Nations (UN) for many decades. All the parties are on one platform on Kashmir cause, he added.
‘Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’
Meanwhile, after offering prayers in Muzaffarabad, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari expressed harmony with the suffering people of occupied Kashmir and said that Indian move to abrogate the articles is attack on UN. The PPP chief further assured to raise Kashmir matter on every forum.
‘Murad Ali Shah’
Chief Minister of Sindh (CM) Murad Ali Shah said that Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir are unaccepted and assured to not allow the enemy to emerge victorious in its conspiracy.
