‘Assets Beyond Case’, Hamza Shahbaz to appear before NAB
LAHORE: Opposition Leader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz would appear before National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in assets beyond income and money laundering cases.
On the occasion, strict security measures have been taken to avoid any untoward incident.
Earlier, NAB team had put 23 questions before Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hamza Shahbaz, asking him why public money was used to build a nullah for Ramzan Sugar Mills while other sugar mills built them with their own money.
NAB also questioned if a survey was conducted for building a nullah.
Hamza replied to NAB team that he was unaware of matters related to this nullah as his brother Salman Shehbaz sees them.
Let it be known that Hamza Shahbaz turned up before the NAB on April 12 in money laundering and assets beyond income cases.
The NAB sources claimed that PML-N leader did not submit complete record.
Hamza Shahbaz has already been granted bail by Lahore High Court (LHC) in Ramzan Sugar Mills and Saaf Pani (clean water) cases till April 17.
