‘Money Laundering case’, NAB summons Maryam, Hassan and Hussain
LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore has summoned Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) vice-president Maryam Nawaz, her brothers Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz to appear before its investigation team on July 31 in the money laundering and assets beyond means cases.
Moreover, the accountability watchdog has also ordered Abbas Sharif’s son Abdul Aziz to appear in the bureau’s office on the same date in Lahore.
All those summoned for questioning are being told to be share holders in Chaudhry Sugar Mills and are are accused of laundering money and possessing assets beyond known sources of their income.
Earlier, Lahore High Court (LHC) was informed that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Mashood’s name was placed on a blacklist on a request by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to prevent him from fleeing abroad.
