Fake bank accounts case: Qaim Ali Shah’s interim bail extended till 8 May
ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has extended interim bail of former Sindh chief minister Qaim Ali Shah till May 8.
Two member bench comprising Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani heard the plea.
Qaim Ali Shah along with his counsel Farooq H. Naek appeared in the hearing pertaining to the fake bank accounts case.
Prosecutor NAB told the court that arrest warrants of Qaim Ali Shah have not been issued yet, an investigation against him was underway.
The court on the plea of Farooq H. Naek extended bail of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader and till May 8 and deferred the hearing.
On last hearing, Shah was granted bail by the court till April 30.
