CJP constitutes 7-member bench to define ‘terrorism’
ISLAMABAD : Chief Justice, Supreme Court (SC), Justice Asif Saeed Khosa has constituted a seven-member bench to determine definition of ‘terrorism’ and cases that are falling within this category.
Justice Khosa will head bench that would review cases under terrorism charges have been pending or decided since 1997.
In addition, SC would likely to announce decision over legal status of false testimony. After decision, false testimony by a fake witness would stand ‘rejected’.
