Heatstroke kills 2 people in Japan
TOKYO: Two people were killed in heatstroke in Japan. Another 48 people effected by heat stroke are hospitalized.
The heat-related fatalities took place in Chiba, Japan, where there was no electricity and the temperature was 35 degrees Celsius. Due to which 93-year-old woman and a 65-year-old died.
Hurricane in Chiba two days ago was disrupted due to a hurricane and power supply to 4 million homes is still disconnected.
On the other hand, Tokyo’s electric company has directed people to stay in colder places and use more water.
